Terms and Conditions
The operating terms for using Quantum QA during trial, subscription, and customer onboarding.
Customer policy
Last updated June 29, 2026. Enterprise, regulated, or custom-service work may use additional signed terms.
These policies are provided for transparency and onboarding. They are not a substitute for legal advice, and final commercial agreements may include additional terms for enterprise, regulated, or custom-service engagements.
1. Service Overview
Quantum QA provides hosted QA generation, governance, reporting, and release-evidence workflows. Customers may generate downloadable automation framework assets, Test Packs, CI templates, and reporting integrations for their own applications.
Quantum QA is a product of American Software Testing Institute. Enterprise implementation, regulated V&V consulting, custom integrations, and training may be provided by ASTI under separate agreements.
2. Access and Trial Use
Access may be limited to approved customers, trial users, and invited workspace members. Trial features and limits may change as the product and customer agreements evolve.
Quantum QA may limit usage, workspace capacity, generated framework roots, reporting retention, and available capabilities based on the selected plan, trial terms, or customer agreement.
3. Customer-Owned Frameworks
Downloaded framework code, generated tests, CI files, and local artifacts are intended to be customer-owned assets after download. Customers are responsible for reviewing, approving, modifying, and operating those assets in their repositories and CI systems.
Quantum QA preserves existing customer files during regeneration where the platform is designed to do so, but customers should use version control and backups for all production repositories.
4. Evidence and Reporting
Quantum QA may store hosted reporting metadata, run summaries, evidence links, posture scores, release-confidence signals, and configuration receipts to support dashboard review.
External CI artifacts, Allure reports, Xray records, Slack or Teams notifications, and customer repositories remain controlled by the customer or the customer's configured third-party providers.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product URLs, credentials, environment variables, secrets, repository settings, and third-party integration configuration.
Customers must not upload unlawful, harmful, confidential, or regulated data unless the applicable commercial agreement and security controls support that use case.
6. No Compliance Guarantee
Quantum QA can help produce test evidence, traceability signals, and release-readiness documentation. It does not guarantee regulatory approval, audit acceptance, defect-free software, or compliance with any standard by itself.
Regulated V&V, FDA QMSR, IEC 62304, SaMD, pharmaceutical CSV, and similar services should be scoped separately with qualified review and customer-approved procedures.
7. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans may renew monthly or according to the customer order. Plan limits, prices, and included capabilities are shown on the pricing page or in a signed order.
Customers are responsible for keeping payment information current and for managing plan changes, cancellations, and renewal decisions before the next billing cycle.
8. Changes and Termination
Quantum QA may update these terms, product features, plan limits, or security requirements as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable product or customer channels.
Quantum QA may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these terms, or use that could harm the platform or other customers.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms, enterprise use, or regulated implementation support can be sent through the Quantum QA contact page.
