Refund Policy
How refunds, cancellations, trials, and custom-service billing are handled for Quantum QA.
Customer policy
Last updated June 29, 2026. Enterprise, regulated, or custom-service work may use additional signed terms.
These policies are provided for transparency and onboarding. They are not a substitute for legal advice, and final commercial agreements may include additional terms for enterprise, regulated, or custom-service engagements.
1. Trial Access
Qualified customers may receive trial access before a paid subscription begins. Trial access is intended to let teams evaluate the Demo AUT path, framework generation, CI execution, and reporting evidence before committing to a paid plan.
Trial limits, duration, and included capabilities may vary by customer invitation, selected plan, or customer agreement.
2. Subscription Refunds
For self-service monthly subscriptions, customers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial paid subscription charge if they are not satisfied with the service.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, but customers may cancel to prevent future renewals.
3. Plan Changes and Cancellations
Customers can cancel or change plans through the billing flow when available, or by contacting Quantum QA support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If a plan is upgraded or downgraded, billing adjustments may be handled through Stripe or a separate customer agreement.
4. Enterprise and Custom Services
Enterprise implementation, regulated V&V consulting, custom development, training, workshops, and onboarding services are scoped separately and may have different cancellation or refund terms.
Refunds for custom services depend on the signed order, work performed, scheduled delivery, and any non-cancelable commitments.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Completed consulting work, delivered workshops, custom implementation time, third-party fees, and customer-requested services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable.
Quantum QA does not provide refunds for issues caused by customer-controlled systems such as incorrect CI secrets, unavailable target applications, third-party outages, revoked credentials, or repository misconfiguration.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send refund requests through the Quantum QA contact page with your workspace name, account email, plan, charge date, and a short description of the issue.
Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times may vary.
