Important limits on release evidence and governed QA intelligence.
Quantum QA helps teams generate, run, organize, and explain test evidence. It is a decision-support platform, not a substitute for customer review, regulated validation, or release ownership.
Customer policy
Last updated June 29, 2026. Enterprise, regulated, or custom-service work may use additional signed terms.
These policies are provided for transparency and onboarding. They are not a substitute for legal advice, and final commercial agreements may include additional terms for enterprise, regulated, or custom-service engagements.
Decision Support, Not Release Approval
Quantum QA provides generated automation assets, execution evidence, reporting receipts, and release-confidence signals intended to support engineering and QA decision-making. Quantum QA does not approve releases, certify software, or replace your organization's release governance process.
Your team remains responsible for deciding whether software is ready to ship, whether additional testing is required, and whether any identified risks are acceptable.
No Guarantee Of Defect-Free Software
Passing tests, clean reports, high posture scores, or high release-confidence scores do not guarantee that software is defect-free, secure, compliant, performant under all conditions, or suitable for a particular use.
Generated tests can only evaluate the scope, data, environments, and assertions configured for the run. Untested behavior, environmental differences, third-party outages, and requirement gaps may still create product risk.
Regulated And Audit-Sensitive Use
Quantum QA can help organize evidence, traceability, and repeatable test execution for teams working in regulated or audit-sensitive contexts. It does not by itself create FDA, QMSR, IEC 62304, GxP, SOC 2, ISO, or other regulatory certification.
Regulated organizations should validate their own processes, systems, records, procedures, electronic signatures, retention practices, and quality-management controls with qualified internal or external advisors.
Generated Frameworks And Test Packs
Generated files are intended to be reviewed, maintained, and owned by the customer. Customers should inspect generated tests, verify selectors and endpoints, and confirm that assertions match their actual product requirements.
Quantum QA may provide deterministic recipes, hosted AI previews, BYO LLM support, or future generation assistance. Any generated output should be treated as an engineering draft until reviewed and accepted by the customer.
Reporting, Xray, Allure, CI, And Notifications
External reporting links, notification cards, CI artifacts, Allure reports, Xray records, and k6 summaries depend on third-party platforms and customer-provided configuration. Availability, accuracy, retention, and access controls can vary based on those systems.
Quantum QA-hosted evidence is designed to summarize and connect the proof trail, but the customer should preserve required source artifacts according to their own retention and audit policies.
American Software Testing Institute Services
American Software Testing Institute may provide implementation, consulting, training, regulated V&V support, or enterprise customization services separately from the Quantum QA software product.
Any professional-service deliverables, regulated V&V support, or enterprise commitments should be governed by a written statement of work or separate agreement.
